Coastal Event Hire is a company that is baside in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area that provides hire services for the wedding and event sector. From Photo Booths to Love Letters, Sweet and Cheese Carts to DJs. We have everything you need to create the perfect Birthday party, Wedding Reception or Corporate event.

The conception of Coastal Event Hire was purely to give potential customers and venues a fantastic service from start to finish. What comes with your carts?We consider our sweet and savoury carts to be some of the best in the area. Our sweet cart is beautiful and elegant with a delicious selection of sweets including retro favourites. Our savoury cart is a wonderful, cost effective alternative to a buffet with a selection of cheeses, cured meats and pickles all served with crackers.
Are You Insured?We sure are… We hold £10,000,000 of Public Liabilty cover across all of our services ensuring complete peace of mind ahead of your event.
Do we get to choose the background for the booth?Our open air booths come with a lovely selection of backgrounds. For more information, head to the photo booth page of our website here
What comes with your LOVE letters?Our 4ft LOVE Letters are hired for a full day. We always aim to deliver them before your arrival and we collect the, either the same night or the next morning (location dependent). However, choose placement carefully as they’re unable to be moved once in position and we need to be near a power source.
Will I receive a written Contract?In short, yes. For all of our customers peace of mind, we provide full paperwork to ensure we all know where we stand with the booking.
Do you offer discounts if we book more than one service?Depending on the services that you have booked with Coastal Event Hire, we do offer package discounts regularly. Keep an eye out on our social media channels.
